María Belén Cardona Rubert is a Professor of Labor Law and Social Security at the University of Valencia and a member of its Human Rights Institute. Her research focuses on fundamental labor rights, employment digitalization, collective bargaining, and gender equity in the workplace.

She has led and participated in national and international research projects funded by the Ministry of Science and Universities and the European Union. She is also a member of the Collective Bargaining Observatory and the Law and ICT Research Group, where she analyzes legal challenges in the digital era.
