Irene Dozo Mougán is an Assistant Professor of Labour Law and Social Security at the University of Vigo. She holds a Law degree from the University of Salamanca and a Doctorate in Law with Summa Cum Laude distinction. She has taught at both the University of Vigo and the University of Girona.

Her research career includes international stays at the National University of Management in Phnom Penh and La Sapienza University of Rome. She has participated in regional and European research projects, including the Jean Monnet Programme, and is a member of the DMT research group. Currently, she coordinates various postgraduate programs in labour law and social security and is actively involved in organizing specialized conferences and seminars.
