Rosa Rodríguez Martín-Retortillo is a Tenured Track Lecturer at the Faculty of Legal and Labour Sciences at the University of Vigo. She holds a Doctorate in Law with International Mention and a Master’s in Labour and Social Security Law, with a distinguished academic career, including extraordinary awards and numerous specialized publications.

She has conducted research stays at the Università degli Studi di Trento and Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. Her teaching experience spans undergraduate and master’s programs in various Spanish universities, and she actively participates in research projects on labour and social security law.
